Refund and Returns Policy

Effective Date: September 26, 2026

At Blooms Home & Kitchen Appliances Limited, we want customers to shop with confidence and receive products that meet the descriptions and quality standards presented at the time of purchase.

This policy explains how we handle returns, refunds, defective products, damaged deliveries and order cancellations.

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return if an item arrives damaged, is defective, differs materially from its advertised description or does not meet applicable consumer protection requirements.

For voluntary change-of-mind returns, customers should contact us within seven calendar days after delivery.

To qualify for a voluntary change-of-mind return, the product must generally be unused, undamaged, complete and, where reasonably possible, returned in its original packaging with its accessories and proof of purchase.

These conditions do not limit any statutory rights relating to defective, unsafe or incorrectly supplied products.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Provide your order number, a description of the issue and any available photographs or videos that may help us assess your complaint.

We may request additional information or arrange an inspection where reasonably necessary.

Where a product is confirmed to be defective, unsafe or incorrectly supplied, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include a repair, replacement or refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Voluntary change-of-mind returns may be declined for products that have been used, damaged after delivery, altered by the customer or returned with missing essential accessories.

Special-order or customised products may have additional cancellation or return conditions disclosed before purchase.

These restrictions do not affect customers' legal rights concerning defective products, misrepresentation or other circumstances where a remedy is required by law.

4. How to Request a Return

To request a return, contact our customer support team at etukeblossom@gmail.com.

Include your full name, order number, product name, purchase date and reason for requesting the return.

Please do not send products back without contacting us first. We will provide the relevant return instructions and confirm the appropriate return location.

5. Refund Processing

Once a returned product has been received and, where appropriate, inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your return request.

Approved refunds will generally be issued through the original payment method, where technically available, or through another agreed and secure payment arrangement.

The time required for funds to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment service provider.

Where an order cannot be fulfilled after payment has been received, we will arrange a refund within a reasonable period.

6. Return Delivery Costs

For an approved voluntary change-of-mind return, the customer will generally be responsible for return delivery costs unless otherwise agreed.

Where we supplied an incorrect, defective or damaged product, we will handle the return and associated reasonable costs in accordance with applicable consumer protection requirements.

Any applicable charges will be communicated before the return is arranged.

7. Product Warranties

Some electronics and household appliances may carry warranties provided by their manufacturers or authorised distributors.

The applicable warranty period, coverage and conditions depend on the product and its manufacturer.

Where warranty assistance is available, we will provide relevant information to help customers understand the applicable process.

Manufacturer warranties operate alongside, and do not replace, applicable statutory consumer rights.

8. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where an order has not been dispatched, we will review the cancellation request and communicate the available options.

If an order has already been dispatched, the applicable return process may be required.

Cancellation requests and any related charges will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

9. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts any right or remedy available to customers under applicable Nigerian consumer protection law.
